| Reception Planning is paramount to the success of your reception, and begins as soon as you become a client. When you reserve your entertainment with us you will receive our Welcome Packet. The Welcome packet includes a password protected website that enables you to begin planning your dream day when ever and where ever you want. Your website includes contract information, timelines, traditional customs, music request, and vendor information. A final planning meeting is then scheduled 4 to 6 weeks prior to your reception. This meeting will be done with our own bridal consultant. Our bridal consultant will be happy to meet with you in our office or teleconference. This give you the opportunity to plan your reception just as you’ve imagined. Our bridal consultant will be happy to suggest fun and unique ways to make your reception a DREAM; Your timelines will then be shared with venue representative, photographer, and videographer. Then to make sure nothing is overlooked your DJ / entertainer will call your the week of the reception to make sure nothing has been overlooked. |

Wireless Mics are always available for our clients for prayer, toasts, or any announcements our clients may have. Over the past twenty-six years we’ve developed fun and interactive ways to get your guests involved that would be impossible without wireless mics.
