Reception Planning is paramount to the success of your reception, and begins as soon as you become a client. When you reserve your entertainment with us you will receive a password protected website that enables you to begin planning your dream day when ever and where ever you want. Your website includes contract information, timelines, traditional customs, music requests, novelty choices, and vendor information. A final planning meeting is then scheduled 4 to 6 weeks prior to your reception. This meeting will be done with your own DJ/Emcee that was appointed to you 45 days prior to your event unless you confirmed them when you booked your event with us. Our DJ/Emcee will be happy to meet with you in our office, an internet-friendly business or by teleconference. This will give you the opportunity to plan your reception just as you’ve imagined.
We even give you a guest request password and link to pass along to your family and friends on your social networking site or email for them to request songs for your reception. They cannot change or look at anything on your planner except for music requests. each guest is allowed up to 5 requests per ip address so it wont get out of hand. You will have total control over these requests. They have to be approved by you before it gets on the list to be played.
The unique thing about our CSP planner is that you can customize the uniqueness of your night by only choosing what you want for everything to make it a success. There’s not a lot of typing involved either. Mainly just clicking on our multiple choices on what can make your reception do what its supposed to in entertaining your guests. After 30 years of entertaining audiences we’ve come up with a lot of choices for you to choose from but we’re always willing to listen and learn new methods of doing things.
